Nooo. This is a police investigative picture of one of the two Albany state workers found guilty of constructing an elaborate "man cave" which they used as a break room at work. Whilst inside they would smoke weed and play video games, while other people allegedly did their werkk-- kind of like those schemes you play when you're a kid, when I tell my mom I am sleeping @ your house, and you tell your mom you're sleeping @ mine, thereby procuring you a night a total debauchery. The notable difference being, these dudes made thirty-thousand dollars a year, while my most heroic act of youthful transgression probably involved drinking four beers and throwing up in a bush.
